Overview

Randall E. Lehmann is a Senior Lecturer in the The University of Texas at Dallas Electrical Engineering Department, specializing in the RF and microwave area. He has more than 30 years of industrial experience with companies such as Texas Instruments, Raytheon Company and TriQuint Semiconductor. While at TI he was part of the team that developed one of the world's first Gallium Arsenide monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) transmit/receive radar chips for electronically steered phased array applications.

Dr. Lehmann has authored or presented more than 30 publications and holds 6 patents. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He has held various offices in IEEE, both at the local and the national level, served on a number of IEEE International Symposia Steering Committees and served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (MTT).
