Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering

Our EE PhD Program has nine research areas students can choose from: circuits and systems, communications, control systems, digital systems, photonic devices and systems, power electronics and energy systems, RF and microwave engineering, signal processing, and solid-state devices and MF. Students seeking a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering need to select a research area and complete minimum 75 semester hours beyond the baccalaureate.
