EDUCATION

Dr. Jin Liu received the B.S. degree in Electronics and Information Systems from Zhongshan University in P.R. China in 1992, the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Houston in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999. She joined the University of Texas at Dallas as Assistant Professor in 1999, was promoted to Associate Professor in 2005 and Professor in 2012.

OVERVIEW

Dr. Jin Liu received the B.S. degree in Electronics and Information Systems from Zhongshan University in P.R. China in 1992, the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Houston in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999.  She joined the University of Texas at Dallas as Assistant Professor in 1999, was promoted to Associate Professor in 2005 and Professor in 2012.

Her research interest is analog integrated circuit and systems design for high-speed communications and biomedical applications.

RESEARCH INTEREST

High performance ADCs for communications; energy harvesting and low power ICs for IoT devices and biomedical implants.
