
INTEGRATED POWER SYSTEM LABORATORY
OVERVIEW
The research of Integrated Power System Laboratory (IPSL) focuses on integrated power electronics, with primary interests on silicon, GaN and SiC based power IC solutions for big data, IoTs, automobile electronics and battery powered portable electronics. Current lab research projects are sponsored by National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, DARPA, Texas Instruments, Linear Technology, Analog Devices, NXP, etc.
