Prof. Ma is a full Professor and Distinguished Chair in Microelectronics in Electrical & Computer Engineering. His research focuses on integrated power electronics, with primary interests on silicon, GaN and SiC based power IC solutions for big data, IoTs, automobile electronics and battery powered portable electronics.
