The conference welcome reception and networking event will be held in UTDesign Studio located at synergy park north Building at the UT Dallas campus, in Richardson.

Parking

• Parking is available in front and back of the building, drivers holding guest parking passes can park in any green space.

Location: Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center, UT Dallas

 

The conference main event which includes oral presentations and poster demonstrations will be held in the spacious Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center building at the UT Dallas campus, in Richardson.

The Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center is located on Drive G and directly across from Parking Structure 1 (PS1).

Parking

• Drivers holding guest parking passes can park in any green space. The nearest large number of green spaces is at the northeast corner of Loop Road and Bryce Jordan Drive (Lot B).
• Metered parking is available in the campus parking structures.
• If you are a visitor to campus, you can get a one-day parking pass from the Visitor Center (VCB) or Parking Office when you bring in a photo ID.
